Our annual Awards Celebration is scheduled for Monday, September 25, and we're hoping you'll consider nominating a Stone Belt client, staff, volunteer or community partner for one of the awards listed below.
Annual Celebration is the largest and most exciting event of the year. It is a wonderful opportunity for our entire Stone Belt community to gather together, to look back over the past fiscal year and to honor a few that have made it so successful. At this event, we will present a series of awards, recognizing the tremendous gifts and accomplishments of members of our Stone Belt community. We encourage you to read the award details below and nominate the person that comes to mind as you read the award descriptions.
There are seven general categories for both client and staff awards that integrate our Principles of Service. Additionally, there are six special award categories. If you wish to nominate an individual for more than one award, please complete a separate form for each nomination.
