Supported Living Site Supervisor - Bloomington, IN

At Stone Belt, our Site Supervisors are vital to the smooth operation of our Supported Living Program. As a Site Supervisor with Stone Belt, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned sites and will lead a team of Supported Living staff. By maintaining knowledge of clients’ rights and Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), you will provide for the health, safety and well-being of your assigned clients.

You would likely be a great fit for the Site Supervisor role if you demonstrate an ability to effectively lead a group of people, possess strong organization and time management skills, and are confident in your conflict resolution abilities. Not a morning person? No problem! Our clients have busy schedules during the day, so the Site Supervisor works weekday afternoons and evenings - you will need to prefer working in that time frame!

Because this is a management position, we are seeking someone who has experience working with individuals with disabilities or a college education in a related field. Program Manager - Bloomington, IN
Now hiring for a full-time Program Manager to join Jennifer's team in SLP. The person selected for this role will work with an assigned group of Site Supervisors, as well as the Coordinator, to monitor the operations of several supported living sites. This individual will work a flexible schedule, adjusting to the needs of the supported living clients at your assigned sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years experience in services to persons with developmental disabilities, OR a High School Diploma/GED and six years experience in services to persons with developmental disabilities, OR equivalent combination of education and work experience. Management and supervisory experience required.

Payroll Coordinator - Bloomington, IN
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the production of staff payroll and client payroll. This position is also responsible for providing technical support for the accounting function of the Agency. The Payroll Coordinator is directly supervised by the Financial Services Office Manager.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8a-5p. Occasional evenings, and 1 Saturday shift per month.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma (or equivalent) and three years related work experience with a general knowledge of Payroll OR an Associate’s Degree in accounting or related field and one year related work experience.

Pay: $13-$14/hour, based on experience.

Associate House Manager - Bloomington, IN

Stone Belt is currently looking to add a full-time Associate Manager with strong supervisory & organizational skills to oversee the daily operation of a group home on weekends. As an Associate Manager, you will teach clients daily living skills, assist with program goals, supervise staff, maintain house & resident records, monitor finances & comply with all state & federal regulations.

Qualifications include: an undergraduate degree in special education, home economics, recreation, psychology, adult education, adapted physical education or social work, or a high school diploma and two years of successful work experience in human services. Full-time weekend position with benefits.

Licensed Therapist - Bloomington, IN

The Licensed Therapist is a provider of mental health services who is a member of the Milestones outpatient team.  The Licensed Therapist provides mental health assessment and evaluation, develops and implements treatment plans, as well as other support services to individuals and their families.  The position reports directly to the Milestones Director.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing psychosocial assessments of clients and families to identify emotional, social, and environmental strengths and problems related to their diagnosis, treatment, and/or life situation.
  • Formulating, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans
  • Documenting assessments, plans, interactions and interventions according to departmental guidelines.


Qualifications:

Direct Support Specialist II - Bloomington, IN

Are you seeking a career in psychology or behavioral health? Stone Belt is seeking to add compassionate, driven individuals to our team! As a Direct Support Specialist – II (Behavioral Supports Specialty), you will have the opportunity to provide direct instruction and support to clients to assist them in achieving their personal goals, accessing health care and other community services, maintaining a household, and participating in community activities. Specific responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing input for the assessment, analysis and interpretation of behavioral antecedents and the development of behavioral interventions.
  2. Providing intensive and consistent behavioral intervention in accordance with individual behavior intervention plans, guidelines, contracts, etc.
  3. Insuring accurate data collection and monitoring for behaviors observed by themselves and other staff. Assists in training staff in the behavioral intervention strategies and appropriate data collection procedures.
  4. Maintaining communication with the Milestones staff to insure integration of all behavioral issues, including staff interventions and data collection procedures.
  5. Reinforcing training and implements behavior plans in the community as necessary.
  6. Assisting in managing clients in a crisis.
  7. Serving as a liaison between family, school and other professionals concerning behavioral issues.

Job Requirements:
If you possess at least an Associate’s degree in human services or behavioral health, and are passionate about assisting clients in the development of age appropriate behavior, then this new opening may be perfect for you! Manufacturing Laborer - Bloomington, IN
We are currently looking to add a part-time Manufacturing Laborer to our team. This position offers a flexible schedule, working 29 hours per week. In this role, you will assist in the assembly of component parts and making finished sub tier or prime products. This position does not require any direct care to clients working in the program.
Direct Support Specialist: Manufacturing
The Direct Support Specialist – Manufacturing provides direct instruction and support to clients in participating in manufacturing and retaining employment. This position is directly supervised by the Manufacturing Services Coordinator.

Duties of this position include:

1. Supervising the production of workstations while monitoring and maintaining quality control and timeliness of completion.

2. Providing vocational training to clients.

3. Maintaining production and payroll records in conformance with program, agency, and financial requirements.

4. Maintaining a clean and safe work area and to organize work stations that provide a maximum level of efficiency in production.

5. Following ISO regulations as they apply.

6. Working well both independently and in a team setting.

Position is 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch break dail
