Associate House Manager - Bloomington, IN

Stone Belt is currently looking to add a full-time Associate Manager with strong supervisory & organizational skills to oversee the daily operation of a group home on weekends. As an Associate Manager, you will teach clients daily living skills, assist with program goals, supervise staff, maintain house & resident records, monitor finances & comply with all state & federal regulations.

Respite DSP - Bloomington, IN
Now hiring for a full-time DSP to provide respite services to participants in our Families First program. This individual will work directly with younger clients to help them develop life skills and gain socialization, and allow their families some free time.

The schedule for this position is: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 3:30pm-9pm, and Saturday/Sunday 8:30am-5pm. If you are looking for supplemental income to work around your busy work days, this schedule will work perfectly for you! Summer Program DSP - Bloomington, IN
Looking for a fun, active Summer job that lets you enjoy the beautiful summer weather, get paid WEEKLY, and enjoy spending time with some incredible individuals? Look no further!

Stone Belt is searching for new full time staff for our summer program for transition aged youth in Bloomington.  The summer program runs June 10th - July 27, but staff will need to be ready to start in mid to late May.  The working schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. A majority of your time spent with clients will be engaging in activities in the community! Tasks will include things like supporting transition aged youth with community activities such as swimming, gardening, exercising, learning to use the bus system, arts/crafts, fishing, volunteering, etc.

Supported Living Site Supervisor - Bloomington, IN

At Stone Belt, our Site Supervisors are vital to the smooth operation of our Supported Living Program. As a Site Supervisor with Stone Belt, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned sites and will lead a team of Supported Living staff. By maintaining knowledge of clients’ rights and Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), you will provide for the health, safety and well-being of your assigned clients.

You would likely be a great fit for the Site Supervisor role if you demonstrate an ability to effectively lead a group of people, possess strong organization and time management skills, and are confident in your conflict resolution abilities. Not a morning person? No problem! Our clients have busy schedules during the day, so the Site Supervisor works weekday afternoons and evenings - you will need to prefer working in that time frame!

Because this is a management position, we are seeking someone who has experience working with individuals with disabilities or a college education in a related field. Stone Belt and Milestones are looking to add a nurse to our amazing team of healthcare professionals! This full-time nursing opportunity is a multi-faceted position that includes providing nursing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, participating on interdisciplinary and agency teams, coordinating services with other medical personnel, and training and supporting direct care staff. The position will be based in Bedford.

Qualified applicants must possess a current RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or practicing in an agency/organizational setting is preferred, but not required.

Lifelong Learning Coordinator - Columbus
In search of an individual to coordinate, and oversee implementation of the Lifelong Learning Program in Columbus. This includes responsibility for facility based services, as well as, community exploration. The Lifelong Learning Coordinator will supervise the staff and monitor quality of the program.
