Stone Belt has provided high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families for over 43 years. As government funding continues to be reduced to organizations like Stone Belt and the people we serve, many of the services and opportunities we provide would not be possible without generous financial support from donors.

Gifts to Stone Belt have been used for:
  • Providing psychological services to individuals with disabilities.
  • Providing much needed updates and renovations to Stone Belt's 11 group homes to make the houses feel more like "homes."
  • Provide social activities and field trips for individuals with disabilities.
  • Provide individuals moving into their own apartments or homes in the community with the neccessities to furnish their new homes.
Stone Belt offers a variety of opportunities that provide great financial incentives to donors as well. All donations to Stone Belt are tax deductible.

Some programs include:
  • NAP (Neighborhood Assistance Program) supports Stone Belt Psychological Services. This program allows the donor to recieve a 50% credit on your Indiana state taxes.
  • Capital Fund is being used to fund a new addition to Stone Belt's corporate office as well as much needed repairs to all of Stone Belt's facilities.
  • General Fund is money that Stone Belt uses as needed to operate our programs and services.
  • Designated Fund is money that can be designated for any program or any use as you specify such as staff training, art supplies, or use for a specific program.
