After School Program

The after school program is designed to encourage independence, empowerment and choice through exploration and relationship building for youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Services are individualized based on the interests and needs of the child, and goals designated by the participant, parents/guardians and program coordinator. A few program highlights include:

  • Integration into community programs and resources
  • Discover talents and strengths
  • Practice social skills
  • Have fun, make friends
  • Support personal growth in areas of self-determination and life skills
  • Pursue leisure, recreational, educational and artistic endeavors
  • Supports provided by experienced staff
