Stone Belt Annual Events

Awards for Excellence
Celebrated in March during Disabilities Awareness Month, Stone Belt’s Awards for Excellence recognize the outstanding achievements of five Stone Belt staff members who have truly excelled in their work supporting individuals with disabilities. This event is attended by Stone Belt staff members, major donors, and community leaders. The Excellence Awards also includes a delicious catered luncheon.

Annual Awards Celebration
Held at the Bloomington/Monroe County Convention Center in September, the Annual Awards Celebration is attended by 500+ guests. This event recognizes the extraordinary achievements and contributions of Stone Belt clients, staff, community partners, and volunteers. Features include a catered dinner, appearances by prominent guest speakers, and an exciting presentation celebrating award winners.

Stone Belt Art Events
Held throughout the year in Bloomington, Bedford, and Columbus, Stone Belt Art Events showcase and celebrate the artistry of persons with developmental disabilities. From community art exhibits, to our rotating gallery space, to arts and craft fairs, Stone Belt Art is popping up everywhere and is being sought by discerning collectors. Art events are attended by an increasing number of community members and Indiana business owners.
