Due to recent changes in the Stone Belt Arc, Inc. bylaws, it is necessary for us to revise our Articles of Incorporation.

The revisions have been bolded or marked through. In accordance with our bylaws, a meeting of the membership must be held so that members can vote on the revisions. We will be holding our membership meeting on November 16, 2009 from 7:00 to 7:15 pm. The meeting will be held in the Main Conference Room of our main facility located at 2815 E 10th Street, Bloomington.
