Stone Belt seeks to continuously improve it’s service delivery system. On an annual basis, Stone Belt conducts surveys in order to gather information concerning satisfaction of consumers, families and other stakeholders. Data from the surveys is utilized to make improvement in service delivery. The Consumer Satisfaction Survey was recently sent out to all consumers receiving Stone Belt services. The survey is based on a 1 – 5 scale with 5 being the best score possible. This year, 25% of all consumers returned Consumer Satisfaction Surveys.
