Supported Living Site Supervisor - Bloomington, IN

At Stone Belt, our Site Supervisors are vital to the smooth operation of our Supported Living Program. As a Site Supervisor with Stone Belt, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned sites and will lead a team of Supported Living staff. By maintaining knowledge of clients’ rights and Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), you will provide for the health, safety and well-being of your assigned clients.

You would likely be a great fit for the Site Supervisor role if you demonstrate an ability to effectively lead a group of people, possess strong organization and time management skills, and are confident in your conflict resolution abilities. Not a morning person? No problem! Our clients have busy schedules during the day, so the Site Supervisor works weekday afternoons and evenings - you will need to prefer working in that time frame!

Because this is a management position, we are seeking someone who has experience working with individuals with disabilities or a college education in a related field. Licensed Therapist - Bloomington, IN

The Licensed Therapist is a provider of mental health services who is a member of the Milestones outpatient team.  The Licensed Therapist provides mental health assessment and evaluation, develops and implements treatment plans, as well as other support services to individuals and their families.  The position reports directly to the Milestones Director. The starting pay for this opportunity will be between $20-$25 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing psychosocial assessments of clients and families to identify emotional, social, and environmental strengths and problems related to their diagnosis, treatment, and/or life situation.
  • Formulating, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans
  • Documenting assessments, plans, interactions and interventions according to departmental guidelines.


Qualifications: 

To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria: A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related health services field and must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling. Lifelong Learning Instructor - Bloomington, IN

We are now looking to add an innovative Instructor to our Lifelong Learning team! This position would enable you to work in one of our Lifelong Learning classrooms. You will be able to create a fun, engaging learning space for a group of people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. You will also assist in the implementation of schedules for clients.

Due to the nature of our clients need, this position requires you to be comfortable with lifting and driving clients occasionally.  Strong written communication skills are heavily desired. 


The schedule for this full-time position is Monday-Friday, 8a-4p with mandatory Monday meetings once per month that will run until 5:15pm, as well as a bi-weekly Instructor Meeting on Wednesday afternoons. Lifelong Learning Supervisor - Bloomington, IN

Our Lifelong Learning team is currently looking to add a new Supervisor! In this management role, you will support the day-to-day operation of the Bloomington Lifelong Learning program, and serve as a leader of a team of Direct Support staff.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help implement activities, support services, and active engagement opportunities as a part of client service plans. You will also assist with developing and updating schedules for your team of a Direct Support staff, including helping with call-offs once per week. To succeed in this role, you will work with your team to develop high quality services to ensure clients are working towards their goals!

 

This is a full-time position with benefits. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, with one day per week having an arrival time of 6:45am. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, vision/dental, 401k with matching, an incredible PTO package, and many others!

Project SEARCH Instructor - Bloomington, IN
Project SEARCH is seeking a dedicated individual as an instructor for the program. Project SEARCH is an internship program for young adults ages 18-24 with disabilities. An instructor will be responsible for providing supports and teaching employability skills to these young adults both inside a classroom and in internships at local businesses. Professionalism, a positive attitude, flexibility, good organization and communication skills are key components to this position. A candidate must be comfortable teaching a small class. Creating and maintaining business relations is important in this role. 
 
Qualifications include: a Bachelor’s degree, or a High School Diploma plus 5 year's relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Teaching or previous experience working in the disability field is a plus. Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and good driving record required.

Skills Development Clinician - Bloomington, IN

As a Skills Development Clinician at Milestones, you will provide education, training and interventions to assist client in gaining skills to better manage mental health symptoms. These skills include but are not limited to, stress management, problem solving, emotion regulation and communication skills. You will also have the opportunity to provide services to children and adults in the home, school and community settings.

Essential duties of the position include: participate in team meetings, weekly clinical supervision, plan and implement skills training sessions with clients, complete clinical documentation that is accurate and meets organizational and Medicaid standards, including progress notes, care plans and reassessments.

Skills Development Clinicians work a flexible schedule based on client needs. This can be either a full-time or part-time position!  Base pay begins at $13.00/hour, with bonus potential.

Employment Consultant - Bloomington, IN

Stone Belt in Bloomington is looking for a dedicated person to fill the role of an Employment Consultant. As an Employment Consultant, you would assess work place skills for individuals with disabilities to assist them in obtaining compatible employment. Employment Consultants are also responsible for building natural supports in the work place for a client which would create successful long term placements. Float Direct Support Professional - Bloomington

This position offers and requires a highly flexible schedule. The person serving in this role will be scheduled between the hours of 4pm-8am, 5 days per week (exact days to be determined with individual upon hire). You will be trained in multiple sites, allowing you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the field and the individuals with whom you will work. The starting pay rate for this floating position is $11 per hour.
